Food partners,
market & brands.
We are looking for food partners, creative vendors and brand partners to join Helsinki Ink at Kaapelitehdas, Helsinki on 9/10/11 April 2027.
Who we are looking for
Food trucks, coffee vendors, dessert concepts and craft food operators; jewellery, clothing, prints, design, art, lifestyle brands and independent makers. We also work with brands that want a larger role in the event.
We select vendors based on quality, identity and fit.
Creative Market spaces
Three stand options are available:
- S2.5 m × 2.5 m
- M2.5 m × 5 m
- L2.5 m × 10 m
Creative Market stands include one table, two foldable chairs and a metal fence backdrop. They are located upstairs in the mezzanine market area.
Brand activation
Brand activation is the option for partners who want more than a stand. It can be a built space, a branded area, a collaboration with our artists, or programme and content made together with us.
We plan each activation with you and build it around your idea. Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with a proposal.
What to include
- Contact person, company name, email, phone, website and Instagram
- For Food Partners: cuisine or food concept, truck size, power needs and a menu attached as PDF or JPG
- For Creative Market: your preferred stand size (S, M or L)
- For a brand activation: what you want to build or do, and the space and technical support you need
- Anything else that helps us understand your concept
